What Halo does

Halo is an internal agent operated by Visiting Media. It connects to Google Workspace accounts to provide customer experience services, including reading and sending email, managing calendar events, and accessing documents on behalf of the account owner.

Data we access

With your explicit consent, Halo accesses:

• Gmail — reads and sends email messages to manage customer communications
• Google Calendar — reads and creates calendar events for scheduling
• Google Drive — reads documents needed for customer support context
• Google Docs — reads and edits documents as directed
• Google Sheets — reads and writes spreadsheet data as directed
• Google Contacts — reads contact information for communication purposes

How we use your data

• Data is used solely to perform the customer experience functions described above
• Data is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising
• Data is not used to train machine learning models
• Email content is processed in real time and is not stored beyond the duration of the active session

Data storage

OAuth tokens are stored securely on Visiting Media infrastructure with access restricted to authorized personnel. Conversation context is retained only as long as needed to fulfill the current task.

Data deletion

You can revoke Halo's access at any time through your Google Account settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions). Revoking access immediately stops all data access. To request deletion of any stored data, contact jascha@kaykas.com.

Security

All data transmission uses TLS encryption. OAuth tokens are stored with file-level access controls. Access to the agent infrastructure is limited to the operator.
