Service description

Halo is an internal agent operated by Visiting Media. It provides customer experience assistance by connecting to authorized Google Workspace accounts.

Acceptable use

• Halo is for authorized Visiting Media personnel only
• You must be the owner of the Google account you connect
• You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings

Data handling

Your use of Halo is governed by the Privacy Policy. By connecting your Google account, you consent to the data access described in the privacy policy.

Limitations

• Halo is provided as-is for internal business use
• Visiting Media is not liable for actions taken by the agent on your behalf
• You are responsible for reviewing actions before they affect external parties

Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
